Shipping Policy:

Please make sure the address of the recipient is correct. Additional charges will be added and delays will result from incorrect address information.

All orders will ship within one business day. During peak holidays, shipping may be delayed.
All packages are shipped FedEx Ground from Mount Dora, Florida. Please Note: FedEx does not deliver packages on weekends without additional charges,  For next day air or orders to be shipped outside the Continental U.S., Hawaii or Alaska, please call 1-866-768-9780.

Hand Delivery

Local delivery is available to the following areas: Mount Dora, Eustis, Apopka and surrounding areas in Lake County and Orange County Florida. The charges for hand deliveries are $10.00 to $25.00. Please call for additional area requests, exact pricing and additional information.

Gift Basket Products

We constantly change inventory to guarantee freshness, quality and availability. If an item is listed in the contents of the gift basket and the item is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute product of the same or greater value.

Please keep in mind the designs on this web site can be changed by adding or subtracting product, or using a smaller container to accommodate any budget price point. Photography:

The baskets and gifts on this web site are shown without the cellophane wrap for purposes of photography. When the baskets are completed they will be wrapped in cellophane and tied with a beautiful bow to enhance the designs.
